The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing an understanding of how the retirement plans impact and help meet the business needs of our clients through relationship building. You will do so by continuing to build trust and confidence with key personnel both at the client organization, as well as ancillary service providers (CPA, Investment Advisor, etc.). Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

You will have opportunities to develop a subject matter expertise in the operations and structure of 401(k) plans. Advancement opportunities are based on developed skills. This self-starter must be a highly motivated, dynamic and articulate individual dedicated to help support the success of teammates and clients. As a My Benefits, LLC Relationship Manager, you will be joining a collaborative team of peers and colleagues working on game-changing retirement plan solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor annual plan projects, calendars, and milestones
  • Communicate annual plan compliance results and annual tax filings
  • Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and legislative/regulatory requirements and changes
  • Proactively request information and alert clients to plan operational and compliance matters
  • Prioritize, research and resolve client questions related to technology, plan operation, compliance and other matters
  • Coordinate with other team members as required for support on recordkeeping and plan administration
  • Communicate 401(k) recordkeeping processes and technology
  • Maintain documentation on client projects and responses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for learning new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
